What if you are ready for your interview but your interviewer is not? Knowing what a good interviewer will be looking for will help you be a better interviewee.

Odd as it may sound being able to tell when someone is interviewing you poorly can help you know how to steer the conversation so you get your relevant strengths and abilities to the forefront and stuck in the interviewer’s mind.

Be aware that the interview often starts before you meet the interviewer and continues after you’ve said ‘goodbye’. By understanding what to look for and what to expect you are already ahead of the game.
